Mike has been helping barbers elevate there careers for 8 years since he opened xecutive cutz barbershop. Being introduced to the Hairshow industry in 2009 Mike has accomplished showcasing positions, judging hair competitions to educating on some of Americas largest platforms such as International Beauty Show N.Y, America Beauty Show Chicago, ISSE Long Beach, Bronner Brother Show Atlanta Connecticut Barber expo and Orlando,Fl Premier Show. The road to the stage was not easy as Mike had to show his worth and value to the hair industry.
After years of platform work and judging Mike finally was asked to Join the educational department with basic hair care systems in 2016 and it was a big accomplishment that was ground breaking in Mikes career, leading to working in multiple shows with team Xotics hair battle tour to being interviewed on scissor salute show and being sponsored by todays elite team Visionary Barbers.
